Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Relax by the community (shared) pool. When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 5 minute walk or very short drive (free access and parking).
Bedrooms:
1st Floor – Queen bed with patio access, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, and nightstands with lamps
1st Floor – Two Twin beds with patio access, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, and nightstand with lamp
2nd Floor - Queen bed with attached bathroom, walk-in closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, and private bathroom with two vanities and walk-in shower
2nd Floor – “Bonus Room” with bunk bed with full mattress down and twin mattress up, ceiling fan, and nightstand with lamp
Bathrooms:
1st Floor - Full bathroom with shower/tub combination
2nd Floor - Powder Room
2nd Floor - Full bathroom with walk in shower and duo vanity off queen bedroom
Kitchen: Cabinets and Drawers are labeled for your convenience
Appliances/Cookware - Keurig, Coffee Pot, Blender, Hand mixer, Various sized Pots/Pans, Pizza Pan, Baking Utensils (mixing bowls, liquid measuring cups, dry measuring spoons and cups), Muffin Pan, Cookie Sheet, Cooling Rack, Serving Dishes, Melamine Dish Set, Ceramic Dish Set, Tea Cups, Coffee Cups, Silverware, Cutting Boards, Food Storage containers, Bottle Openers. We provide salt & pepper, individual sugar/sugar substitute packets and various other spices.
Grill: We have an outdoor grill for your use with grilling tools. Grill must be rolled out from under the balcony for use and returned when finished. Please turn the gas off at the tank when finished using.
Laundry: 1st Floor.
Full-size electric Washer & Dryer, Iron and Ironing board…... Please clean the Lint filter before each use. Also, our laundry room comes with a 1st Aid Kit, a vacuum, broom, and dustpan in case of need.
Supply Starter Kit: We provide the following -
1. 2x roll of paper towels
2. 10x garbage bags in the large kitchen trash can
3. 1x small bottle of dish soap, 1x new sponge and 3x dishwasher pods (please run the dishwasher upon your check-out)
4. 3x Coffee Keurig pods
5. 2x toilet paper rolls per bathroom (3 bathrooms)
6. 3x laundry soap pods (please save one to wash the beach towels upon check-out)
7. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in each bathroom. There is also a hair dryer in each bathroom.
Beach Chairs/Umbrellas/Towels/Toys: We have beach chairs and an umbrella that you can set up yourself in the closet in the garage as well as a rolling cart and rolling cooler.
Swimming Pool: Our community has a pool for the people living and staying in the community. There are orange bands to be worn to let the community know you are able to use the pool. There are 8 orange bands as only 8 people can use the pool in our unit.
