Check-Out List:

1. 10:00 am is check out time.

2. Please text India at 850.419.5528 if you depart early so the cleaning crew can start cleaning.

3. Please remove and take any used food from kitchen Cupboards (except items that were already there, like the spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc.) refrigerator and freezer.

4. Please put any items that have been relocated or moved back in the areas they were 1st found, if not this may result in an extra charge. The cleaning crew only has a few hours to get the unit ready for the next guest and this could require additional crew members (whom we would have to pay).

5. Please remove all used sheets from the beds along with all dirty towels and place them in front of the washer and dryer in respective piles. Please don’t wash beach towels with the white bath towels to avoid staining. Please leave mattress pads on the beds and leave comforters in the bedrooms.

6. Turn off all lights.

7. Remove all trash and recycling and place in the outside cans that are located outside the garage door.

8. Please load and run dishwasher with any dirty dishes.

9. Please rinse off sand from the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and other items and put away in original location.

10. Please be sure to close and lock all doors and gates when leaving. You need to pull the front door towards you and make sure it closes so the keypad can engage the lock.

11. Please wash beach towels and put them in the dryer before you check out for our next guests.

12. Please return all furniture and items moved to their original spots and leave all bathroom supplies for the next guests.

13. When using the grill, it must be pulled out from under the deck when using, then return to the patio after use. Please clean the grill after use.

14. Garbage day is Tuesday and Friday, Recycle day is Thursday, please pull garbage and recycle out to the curb on the necessary days.

15. Please keep doors shut or air conditioning off when running the air conditioner.
